Tributes to Jeff Bodington and Ramesh Babu, MD, Outgoing Members of the FPA’s Board of Directors

As Jeff Bodington and Ramesh Babu, MD step down from the Facial Pain Association’s Board of Directors, the FPA extends its deepest gratitude for their years of dedicated service, unwavering leadership, and profound impact on the facial pain community.

Jeff Bodington has been a cornerstone of the FPA, serving on the board for over 14 years, first as a Board Director and then as board Chair from 2012 – 2018. Jeff guided the organization with vision, compassion, and commitment. Through his leadership, the FPA grew stronger, reaching more people, expanding support networks, and advancing awareness and advocacy for everyone living with facial pain. Jeff will continue to offer his expertise and guidance as a member of the FPA’s Emeritus Board.

As a practicing physician serving on the FPA’s Board of Directors, Dr. Ramesh Babu brought a unique and important perspective, offering first-hand knowledge of patients and the vast differences in their facial pain experiences. He was a board Director for over 15 years and the FPA is grateful for his expertise and insight. Dr. Babu will remain connected to the FPA as he moves to serve on the FPA Medical Advisory Board.

With deep appreciation and respect, we celebrate Jeff Bodington and Dr. Ramesh Babu and all they have done to make a difference in the lives of those affected by facial pain. We thank them for their extraordinary service and know that their dedication to the FPA and the facial pain community will remain steadfast. Their legacies will continue to inspire and shape the FPA for years to come.
